I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than five years of clinical experience working across acute mental health settings, private practice, education, and drug and alcohol settings. I currently provide psychological services including formulation, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy to individuals in Carine, Western Australia and surrounding suburbs.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in attachment theory. I believe that our early relational experiences shape our emotional well-being and influence our present psychological difficulties. Outside of my clinical work, you would likely find me chasing after my two young boys, in the surf at Scarborough or Trigg beach, or under the hood of one of my rarely functioning vehicles.

My clinical work takes an integrative approach, drawing heavily from modalities such as Mentalization based Therapy (MBT), Schema Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma processing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Re-processing (EMDR).
